This article is completely shit and edited as to omit literally all of the critical information.

Clearly the same source article, but has several critical pieces of information:

The "squatter"(Johnson) was related to a previously evicted tenant's partner.
Hale forced her way onto the property *and had previous knowledge that Johnson was there, this wasn't a "squatter breaks into home"
Hale had started the process to legally evict Johnson but decided to go do it herself and not wait for the judge to sign the official order.
Hale threatened to "go get her gun", which was recorded.
