Really good points. I like that the concept is saleable both as a reliability improvement for trains and a safety and capacity improvement for the road network (which can also include buses). Everyone's a winner.

@theroff @Zagorath When no one does anything (positive) to the rail network in 40 years there are a lot of 'easy' wins lying around.

100%. The fact it was only a decade ago that there were metro trains without air conditioning is crazy. We should have been improving all the time

@notgold the length of time between station openings is more scandalous to me.
