Time to start closing the windows, freezing the ice blocks, and preparing the fans (or wallet if you've got proper air conditioning)!

Funnily enough, I feel like I have heard about Fairlie in regards to coffee, but that may be because I've known heaps of kiwis working in call centres 😂

Fairlie is a one horse town. Also one pub which we did visited.
