In the show, a storyline involving her character Remy having an interracial relationship was considered so shocking that she said there were “insane death threats constantly coming into the studios” and extra security had to be hired. Remy was also bisexual, something she says was considered groundbreaking at the time, but is commonplace today. “Seeing what’s on television now, if you watch ‘Euphoria,’ the fact that that my character was shocking and groundbreaking then, it’s like, no, it’s nothing.”

That's the same person. 13 is her nickname (from the number she was assigned in House's new team competition), Remy is her real name, not revealed until a couple seasons later. A strong desire for privacy is kinda part of the character.
