I just managed to cut the webbing between thumb and first finger on the dried oyster sauce around the top of the bottle. At least I'm already on antibiotics so I don't have to worry about infection. All I need now is a good solid stubbed toe to complete my misery.
Please don't touch anything else.
One gets tough webbing from opening stubbies. π€·ββοΈ
Have you bitten your inner cheek yet?
oh no. please not that! I'm hopefully safe for today, as I've just eaten dinner and can't eat anything else this evening as the antibiotics need to be taken on an empty stomach.
then gentle hugs
You're going to have no fingers by the end of the week at this rate
I think the universe is trying to take me out before I get my disability insurance finalised.
Have you considered welding gloves?
Or those chain-mail butcherβs gloves
I'd probably manage to get them stuck on my hand somehow and end up at the hospital while the Fire Brigade cut them off with an angle grinder π€£
As stories I've heard about the fire brigade cutting things off go this is mild
Yes, any day it is just a hand they are removing something from is a good day. Some people like putting rings on inappropriate body parts, and when that ring is made of something really hard like titanium it gets a bit tricky.
Although kids manage to get themselves stuck in all sorts of interesting things. Plug holes and bits of bikes often, toilet seats stuck on heads occassionally, hands in lolly vending machines.
