Client threatened to prosecute if we didn't give them access to something they shouldn't have access to.

We had someone write an email citing the Freedom of Information Act (which is fine but doesn't apply to things that are commercial in confidence).

When our team replied, they wrote that we are in breach of several amendments in the constitution.

We didn't reply and flagged the person.
