Ok maybe I retract my de-shitlisting of BoM. I tried to verify my ID again online, and apparently they couldn't verify it so now I've lost the privilege, they've flagged my account, and I have to go into a branch
Oh, also, somebody decided to close nearly every fucking BoM branch in the country, including the one that would've been my local. So cheers for that boys

Banks are awful. Constantly closing branches all while making record profits. It doesnβt help that ID has to be verified in person at a bank
So hard to get to one and if youβre working full time good luck on that.
