That's why piracy is not an issue...

You are not supporting the devs, they get laid off generally as the game is released because who wants to pay for dead weight ๐Ÿคก

For AAA games, right? I think independent developers are on their own and would be harmed by piracy.

Not that I know of -- I think many would be firing themselves and or a partner or two if that were the case. We should call them out and protect them since they've been bringing much needed innovation to the game industry.

Ubisoft, EA, microshit can get wrecked.

Either pirated or grey market keys
