I think I've exhausted my easy dinner allowance for the week. Last night I couldn't be bothered so made French toast for dinner ๐Ÿ˜‚

I took out mince meat for tea, but I don't exactly know what I'm going to do with it just yet. I know how to make meatballs, and that's about all I've memorized with mince just yet. And I'm not fond of spaghetti, but do have a few jars of passata in the cupboard

Thanks! Alas, I think I'm missing most of those things. I don't have hoysin or oyster sauce, or actually even garlic

Also, I've got no clue what a shallot is

1 shallot = half an onion. The rest is close to being bullshit. Once you're confident in the kitchen, then shallots start to matter, but starting out just use ordinary onion.
