I know my issues cannot compare to yours, but my abode is also a tip! Partner with untreated ADHD (we're working on the untreated part lol) and me with CPTSD = no executive functions present here 😂

Try not to stress about the state of your home, friend, you are doing your best and that's perfect! We do what we can, when we can, please don't beat yourself up! 💜💜💜💜
