day... 6? still coughing shit up. Woke up feeling amazing but within 10 seconds of being in the shower it starts again. Hit me with your home remedies. i'll even accept placebo ones at this point!

Yeah just look out for PURE HONEY. Manuka honey is even better.

Does it say pure honey on it? If not you're eating a concocted sugar syrup.
it doesnt say. ingredients list it as honey 100% though. its just the cheap one from aldi.
