Sights to see:

Midwest/Southwest "State" schools trying their best to be like their Northeast brethren
UT bowl is BACK OFF, Top 10essee is gone again as UTk and UGa virtually switch spots :(

BYU is the biggest loser this week, being our only double digit mover
I've also started adding the previous position of the teams that dropped out, I think that's better information than their current votes (both are in there). Let me know if there are other stats/groupings you'd like to see added
Top 2 spots are stagnant and the top 4 are very stable, makes sense. But we also have an isle of stability from 14-17, which is a little weird if you ask me.
