This ignores the people that didn't vote.
But Trump's vote count didn't change that dramatically. Those people will pretty much always vote right.
And unless one left part gets all the votes, which it likely never will, it will always split the vote.
The UK has suffered with it for decades and basically the left only won this time because the right vote was split.
It's a fundamental flaw in both our democracies. The difference here is the right are less zealous.
I really wish you the best of luck. Having only two options is bullshit. It'll be a long, hard fight and I genuinely hope it works out for you.
