Apparently the man’s hat blew into the roadway and the officer shot when said man ran to grab it.
So why is OP saying the man was executed and meanwhile the article is stating that not a single person was hit by the bullet?

Knock it off with the BS dude. You knew exactly what you were doing. Show police brutality all you want but don’t fucking lie about it. All it does is show that you’re dishonest instead of what’s going on. You’re stifling your own message.
