Seriously. Like I get that there was a glitch that let people access money that wasn't actually in their account, but how did they not even consider that there would still be a transaction record of the damned ATM spitting the money at them?

It's not even a glitch. It's literally a fraudulent check that they cash. It's just fraud lmao.

Yeah for real. Fraudulent checks have been around for decades. A buddy of mine got arrested for it in '03.
