Kim said that she couldn’t move in because of “hazardous” materials such as asbestos, lead and ozone­-depleting substances that could cause “serious health issues.”

But still let others pay you to live there? Also, afaik, you can't demolish a house with asbestos in it until it's removed by specialists.
