Ironically, Vegeta and Nappa sound like types of women's and men's shampoos, respectively
To be fair, Vegeta = vegetable and Nappa is a type of cabbage...

Considering how Toriyama named a lot of his characters, looking to the shower stall for ideas would just be on-brand.
Vegeta is a name of a spice here, Try searching "Croatia Podravka Vegeta" and learn.

Nearly every DragonBall character is named after food, actually. Like, a huge majority of them are.
Depends on the language, for example in croatia vegeta is the only one.
