Just FYI: "transition" doesn't mean counterattack. counterattacking is one way to create a transitional moment, another is holding on to the ball and then pulling the defense apart as they press and creating space and transitional moments from that, like what Brighton were doing under De Zerbi and what Guardiola then copied.

It’s great that De Zerbi is being recognized for what Guardiola copied. De Zerbi did fantastic things with his squad.
