The man is Christopher Lee though I’m not sure what the reference is.

He's a legend (thought it was an I Am Legend reference, but that's Vincent Price).

I can’t figure out who the woman is either.

As mentioned in another comment - it's Vera Farmiga and she plays Lorraine Warren, a demonologist, in the Conjuring franchise.

The legend part cones from him being Dracula in the hammer vampire films in the 70s they are great. Also he is the greatest in general as well.
