Mord würde erfordern, dass der Typ den Radfahrer mit Absicht umgefahren hat, oder ein sonstiges Mordmerkmal nach §211 StGB erfüllt (gewesen) ist. Solange bleibt es "nur" Totschlag oder Körperverletzung mit Todesfolge.
