No, it wouldn't.

Rustad is making shit up, and won't be able to actually do what he says. He's just saying it to try to win votes next weekend.

Yeah the BC Supreme Court had already established that doing what Rustad says he would do is illegal.

But he will promise sunshine and rainbows every day in Vancouver if it thinks it would win him more votes. I don't believe his promises on many issues for a second.
