Mozilla Firefox itself and all Mozilla Firefox forks should be updated accordingly once a new build is released.

There are so many downstream browsers from Firefox. Mullvad has updated theirs as well. LibreWolf released v131.0-1 yesterday, but I don’t know whether it fixes this vulnerability.
