I've noticed that only a few of the games I play have toxic people in them. Mostly I hear nothing from the other team; though, maybe they were muted automatically as I simply report any instance of negativity from anyone.

Don't think you can voice chat with the other team.

I've unfortunately run into a couple complete jackasses. Usually they make an ass of themselves and the whole lobby ends up mildly amused.

The crap they spout is still offensive as hell.

No, but they can send text chats which I haven't found a way to turn of unless I mute everyone. This means I sometimes report more than two people when the game ends for jackassery. ;-;
