They need to add, "Surrenders". I'd be happy to see that number steadily climbing.
I've seen it mentioned by posters here that the personnel numbers include deaths, injured, and surrendered. FWIW that's not something I ever bothered to look into so I don't know for sure if it's true or not.
If anyone knows for sure and can confirm or deny it would be appreciated.
Death and injured for sure. Though Russia's medial care is bad enough many injuries turn to deaths. And those who are survive a serious injury (ie missing arm) are reportedly sent to meat assaults and likely to be dead in the near future.
