A lot of do-gooders from rich countries who think they're adopting poor babies are unwitting kidnappers.
I don't think I could blame someone for wanting to adopt a baby and not an older foster care kid who has had a lot of problems. People who do that are saints.
They got a baby. They dumped them on others when they outgrew that stage. There's a LOT of blame to go around.
