I just want to say for the record that if anyone is on trial for brutally beating a KKK member and I'm on the jury I will never ever convict you. That is not a crime.
On the jury, being shown some video evidence....
"It doesn't look like anything to me."
You can actually question if video evidence is still credible, with editing software and deep fakes nowadays.
