I hope chik-fil-a sue since being associated with a blatantly racist myth will negatively affect their branding.

Lmao. “Negatively effect their branding”. Someone hasn’t been paying attention.
While they have a shitty history because of the founders/controlling stock holders, that wouldn't keep the company lawyers from protecting the brand against outside actors.
