A rich chicken and vegetable curry is on the stove, I've got naan and some rice. Dinner for the next few days is set. ๐Ÿ‘

Sounds good! Are you the one who makes homemade naan and flatbread? I am seeking a basic recipe that works!

I am she.

1 cup flour. 1 tsp yeast, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 cup plain yoghurt, 1/4-1/2 cup warm water ( enough to make a soft dough ) . Mix. knead a little. Let rise, knead a little. Let rise again.,about 2 hours in total. Cut into 4, roll into a thin circle, cook on greased fry pan on high heat. Turning once. It's done when it puffs up.

Thankyou! I will purchase yeast and try this out next time I'm planning a curry.
