Imho, unless POTUS can ensure racial justice in all states, the monuments they put up will just be pigeon poop stations.

DoJ or POTUS or someone needs to step up and prevent this miscarriage of justice. No such hope from SCOTUS.

What should Biden do here? Personally and unconstitutionally remove a state AG from office? Rile up an angry mob to threaten the AG until they resign? Certainly things Trump would try to do, and our democracy doesn't need more of that behavior.
