~ 1. No bigotry. This is a Star Trek community. Remember that diversity and coexistence are Star Trek values. Any post/comments that are racist, anti-LGBT, or generally "othering" of a group will result in removal/ban.
~ 2. Keep it civil. Disagreements will happen both on lore and preferences. That's okay! Just don't let it make you forget that the person you are talking to is also a person.

~ 4. Keep it Trek related. This one is kind of a gimme but keep as on topic as possible.

~ 7. No General AI Art. Posts of simple AI art do not 'inspire jamaharon'

Man Jerboa sucks at loading images. I can't see shit. Happens like all the time lately.
it's not just jerboa. i think it might be a bugged image because I can't see it on voyager either.
Good to know. But ever since the update on jerboa the other day even the thumbnails show a broken image but if I click it it works. In the comments neither works.
I tried it from 3 different webrowsers, on 3 different instances. As you say, it's likely something with the app:-(. Though notably, this image URL does not end in a standard extension, so perhaps the app may have an improper method to read images that would require that, as the Lemmy code itself used to until recently. But I've only ever used a web UI so I don't know anything else in this regard.
Good on Connect, but can't speak for browsers.
