The first one is hard as hell and mostly because the controls. You feel way sluggish compared to the enemies and the way you face matters, but most of the fights have you pincered so your back is always toward something.

I would play a sequel, still, but I would hope some of the controls are tightened up and/or encounters a little more lenient because many feel like you have to be absolutely perfect to get through.
