I don't feel like doing anything; even things that apparently used to motivate me.

I can't tell if it's depression, ADHD, or me just growing up.

My psych refused to even screen me for ADHD until my depression was better-managed because the symptoms have a lot of overlap. (This, despite a parent and sibling with an ADHD diagnosis.)

It may be a mix of everything. When I'm feeling particularly depressed, my ADHD gets harder to manage.

Do you take any medication or other treatment for any of it?
