I have some videos files with special format and work only in special player that they create it how can i decrypt video

Look into digital rights management technology. Usually you need the matching DRM library, request the keys from a sever, prove you are authorized and receive the key.

Be aware, that there might be some watermarking on the media. So If you were to extract that and distribute it widely, there might be consequences attached to that.
