If this is meant to be inspired by Texas, it is emphatic no. Consider Houston. You are missing 610, beltway 8, 6, the grand parkway, I 10, 45, 59, westheimer parkway, westheimer road, westheimer, the buffalo speedway, and a partridge in a pear tree.
As a former Houston resident, this is exactly what I was thinking, heh.
