All babies are. It's probably just enjoying the light from the tablet, and the fact it's getting fed.
It's why TV's are such a big thing in parenting. You can be doing everything the baby wants and likes, but put a bright screen near them and they're hooked. They'll have no fucking clue what's going on, but they'll be hooked.
