I'd try some different solvents on it to see what works. Isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol is my go-to for sticky things. You could also try vinegar, the mild acid can sometimes dissolve organic stuff that gets stuck on. There's also products like GooGone which are specialized solvents and usually good at getting gum out.

Otherwise, a good stick and rubbing sand in it will eventually let you pick most of it off.

Thank you so much friend. I did dirt and stick to get the worst of it, but it's in the tread or what ever you'd like to call it
