A federal judge says that his order blocking a Florida law targeting drag shows doesn’t just apply to the restaurant that brought a lawsuit challenging it but other venues in the state.

These laws are so blatantly unconstitutional. I presume DeSantis and his ilk fully know and understand this, and simply pushed the laws through to pander to their base. I think they always knew the laws would be overturned in courts.
