Florida is leading the way here but NE corridor is hardly showing any relief besides gutted volumes.

Gonna be another 1 or 2 years to see if gonna have better prices.

Everyone hoping for lower rates but if they really want to sell, they could just lower prices. Holding RE has huge carrying costs... let them hold it a bit longer longer.
