If Obi-Martin joins Man United then he's an idiot. He'd be far better off staying with us and learning under the likes of Wilshere, Ali, and Arteta than diving into that absolute shit show up North. Same thing applies to a lesser degree to him joining Kompany at Munich. I don't think that experiment is going to end particularly well.

Good question. There aren't many stand-out management candidates who Munich haven't already chewed through. But at this point it seems like they are just stumbling from one season to another when it comes to their manager situation.

The upper management(Kahn and Brazzo) was/is to blame. The decision to fire nagelsmann was premature at best and outright wrong at worst. Has been downhill ever since. There are suspect contract decisions as well with players on fat contracts and not performing at a level to justify that. Atleast the current board is trying to rectify it.
