World of Warcraft can be played exclusively with the keyboard and exclusively the mouse!
Controller compatible games are also good for solving this problem. From Software makes all kinds of bangers in that department.
Why do I have to immediately think of the "dancing mat Dark Souls" someone did? You for sure don't need your hands to play when you can just use your feet.

Well no, but yeah it's definitely possible lol. Some disabled gamers like HalfCoordinated learned to play that way.
What I meant is you wouldn't have to move that hand like with a mouse, just your fingers.
