There's a lot of European users! In fact, I recall an entire community of folks centered in.. maybe Scotland?โ sharing local news and going-ons with each other. So it can definitely be so with other areas!
Though, yeah, I think it may be less efficient if you're looking for folks who are local. May be more for folks just casting a net for someone, anywhere.
