In the US we have "Dollar Tree" where everything was... One dollar.
A couple years ago they raised the prices to $1.25, we now call it "the five-quarter store".
Wouldn't it also have sales tax added anyway?
Poundland really would charge £1.
Depends on the state.
Some states don't have sales tax.
