It's a real-life thing. Look at any comedic actor from the past fifty years, and then image search up a picture of their wife. The discrepancy in physical attractiveness is almost always glaring. Humor (and money) is attractive.
Pete Davidson looks like a homeless drug addict and he dated Ariana Grande, Kate Beckinsale and Emily Ratajkowski.
People always say this but like ... he is actually good looking? Not movie star good looks, but yeah his face looks good. I always assume this is coming from straight guys.
