I see on your mastodon profile that you have a cargo bike. Those barriers must be double the fun with those. Are there any that you can't even pass around you?
So they can open them I guess for landscaping etc
Not sure if the term landscaping covers plowing, but if there is snow in the winter it makes sense to open them to plow the area.
