Tasks management apps are a life saver for us
If only I could remember to put my tasks in them. And then, if only I didn't also end up ignoring the reminders because there's just too many reminders.
This in combination with stimulant medication is the biggest quality of life improvement for me and the people around me since, like, forever.
In my case, Elvanse pretty much eradicates my overall day-to-day clumsiness.
Still, it does not help me with some other symptoms.
