I think bombing inside the country breaks other laws though…
Seal team six however could be kept under wraps
It breaks all kind of laws, but if it's done under the color of an official presidential action (eg national security), it can't be prosecuted, according to the Supreme Court. Unless they change their minds because they don't like a particular action.
