Killing or retiring Genocide Joe and replacing him with Hunter as the candidate has several important benefits:

It would be extremely funny
He is not a dessicated mummy
All the groundwork they have done telling people that they're voting for Trump if they don't vote for Biden will not have been wasted
They don't need to print new stickers
