Dig further into the story - the Indian group is an ethnic chin group aligned with one Chin guerilla army in Burma who are rivals to the Chin guerillas aligned with Arakan Army. This is the complexity of the situation in Myanmar. There are splinters within different ethnic groups, and they are all fighting each other for territory.
