Just like the title states what is your preferred method for backing up Proxmox?

I have a NAS that I backup each of my machines to, but there has to be a better solution. Are you using cloud storage like S3? Or have you come up with your own fun hacky solution?

I have a drive in each node to which I back up VMs, and I have SyncThing on each node keeping the backups in sync across all nodes. When one goes down, I can get the VMs back up on another node very quickly. (Have only had to do it once, but it worked beautifully.)
