Why, in the name of god, does Lemmy's obsession with censorship include the word "jerk?"
Gotta keep the language advertiser friendly.

But it also shows the influence of watching YouTube|TikTok|Other Streamers that ARE using advertiser friendly language.
It's my personal choice. I want to be able to show the content of my posts and comments to anyone (edit: not only adults or unsupervised peers).
It's bullshit and you should stop.

These comments alone prove that some people are not adults.

The whole thing after "programming" is the problem. I can't remember why I didn't censor the whole word.
Pretty dumb, honestly. If anything it just adds a Streisand effect to it as people try to figure out what's censored.
Not that censoring it has any value whatsoever. Like if a child sees that, so fucking what?
If I included cussing in "[YTP] Intoducing Apple Pro", then I wouldn't have been able to show it in my self introduction presentation in a high school class. I can't guarantee that cleanness wouldn't have a similar benefit for this meme.
dont listen to the others. u are free to censor your own content; it is still completely readable. people just want to complain about something.
